Avicii - Last Dance (Instrumental Mix)

Avicii comes out with another classic track akin to the styles of most of his others. I have always liked most of what he puts out, but I must say that I prefer the instrumental mixes he puts out over the vocal mixes. Something about vocals that just mess up his productions to me. Seems as though this Frenchman can do no wrong when it comes to his music releases. The City has now had its official radio release after Madeon teased millions with a teaser trailer recently. So I guess Diplo likes strippers? You can definitely hear the classic Diplo influence here that melds itself into his work with Major Lazer as well in parts. An enjoyable track with an..."enjoyable" video to go along with it? Hope you enjoyed it!

(2) Major Lazer - Get Free (Feat. Amber of the Dirty Projectors)

On that Usain Bolt Swag Team! Really didn't want this video to end and the song is super tight too! Such vibey music! I hope I get to see Major Lazer again at some point because it's tunes like these that make following music news so much fun and worth reading/listening through so many useless songs. The vocals from Amber are good and Diplo is a master. I hope you enjoyed the song and the video as much as I did!

Feed Me - Little Cat Steps

I will admit that I do not know much about Feed Me, but I have definitely heard the name and I believe a few tracks along the way. However, this was really my first, recent, gander into his music and I've gotta say that I came out a general fan. It's forbidding undertone was enough for me to consider it good despite its lack of a strong and heavy rage-inducing drop. It was super annoying to listen to Annie Mac though so I hope you check it out below and are able to ignore her annoying stories.

Sander van Doorn & Julian Jordan - Kangaroo (Original Mix)

Totally awesome track from Sander van Doorn & Julian Jordan. In Kangaroo, we find a very dancey tune with the solid infusion of a strong "main" drop around the 2:45 mark. The heavier section of the song gives the rager in all of us a little something to get excited about during this mainly "cuddly" dance track. I'm a big fan of this and I'm excited to hear more from Julian Jordan in the future as most will know something of Sander van Doorn by now and know what to expect from him. So I'm super glad I found this post over at TheJourney because it really is an awesome trap-style remix to Awolnation's smash hit Sail. Excision & Downlink release two remixes for their track Crowd Control

Now that the collaboration album between Excision and Downlink, X-Rated Remix Album, has a release date, September 3rd, the two have seen fit to release some early evil upon the world. Delta Heavy and Pixel Fist are new names for me, personally, but I think each brought something good with them to the table in their remixes. I definitely prefer Delta Heavy's remix, but both are pretty good and angry enough to be associated with Excision and Downlink. Check them out below and enjoy!

We all know the original that he is pulling from and, by his own admission, he is going more "dancey" than he normally does with this effort, but I definitely think he pulled off a quality "bootleg" of Spectrum.

Swedish House Mafia - Don't You Worry Child (Feat. John Martin)

So here is a good quality version of SHM's supposedly final single, Don't You Worry Child with John Martin on the feature. Pete Tong got to premier the song on his Essential Selection. I'm gonna go ahead and look into the future and call this a hit. It's just the type of song that will continue SHM's run as the powerhouse that they are. So The Daily Beast has reported that Skrillex put some time in the studio doing some production work for the first single on Kanye's upcoming album. There is still no information about when the album will come out, but the fact that Skrillex is on record as saying he already did some work is interesting in and of itself. I'll be interested to see what these two end up putting out.

Dillon Francis has made a name for himself with his drops and this one does not stray from what we are used to from this DJ. This is definitely a worthy remix of Madeon's smash Finale. While Francis leaves most of the original song in tact, which I like in this case ironically, his drops throughout the song to make it heavier left me wanting for nothing. Wow...soooooo this was unbelievably creepy, but I guess it does fit the song well. I've gotta say though, as their first music video ever, Knife Party is off to a good start with this haha. This fits the song so well in my opinion. While Centipede is probably one of the least popular songs off the Rage Valley EP, I'm glad they chose this one to make their first music video.
